The New York City Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is proud to spotlight Charito Cisneros, Chairperson of the New York Hispanic Cosmetology and Beauty Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Cisneros taught at the prestigious Wilfred Academy International Beauty School for 18 years and is now currently an educator at Hostos Community College.
